As I go on to my next chapter outside of Microsoft, I want to share something close to my heart, the value of working in an inclusive culture. Satya Nadella quotes Peter Drucker with something I first heard Laszlo Bock say, “Culture eats strategy for breakfast.” In Satya’s book, “Hit Refresh”, he discusses this quite a lot but I have up on my peg board what I find fundamental about why culture is so powerful.
